BinOverflow is strictly for users aged 18 years and above.

By accessing, using, or submitting any content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

📝 User Generated Content & "The Roast"

BinOverflow is a civic reporting tool. You are solely responsible for all content you upload.

Deletion Policy:

Self-Service: You can delete your own posts using the in-app delete tool, provided you use the same browser and device used for the upload.
No Account Recovery: Because we do not store identities, we cannot "verify" you via email or phone to delete a post if you lose your device or clear your browser data.
Finality: Content not removed by the uploader is considered a permanent part of the public civic record.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

BinOverflow is provided "as-is." We assume ZERO LIABILITY for user-uploaded content, incorrect location data, or any consequences resulting from the public documentation of waste.

Intermediary Status: BinOverflow qualifies as an "intermediary" under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000. We do not pre-screen or verify user submissions.

🛡️ Content Moderation & Takedowns

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our prohibited content rules or legal standards.

Takedown Requests: In compliance with IT Rules 2021, we act expeditiously to process valid legal notices from government authorities. Community privacy reports (for technical issues or privacy violations) are reviewed via the Takedown Form.
